Anger!!!

The one emotion that often cannot be controlled!
Each one of us do get angry, and why does one get angry is really an interesting observation.
You even see kids get angry (say at an age of 2-4). Its obvious that they dont understand what it is. Children, tend to get angry when their needs are not met.
They are naive of the good and the bad, and they are too small to understand the emotion to control it either.
It typically happens in scenarios when the parent instructs the child of not to do something, which a child insists to do and the parent tries to stop the child from doing the act, and then the anger just creeps into the child.
Its a pattern, first the child asks for something->He/she doesnt get it->He/she becomes stubborn to do it->If allowed then problem is solved else the child is bound to get angry!
When you keenly root-cause it, the child also feels that his/her ego is hurt, it is that the child feels powerless for not being able to change or alter the situation by any means.
And thats a kind of a routine in a child how he/she becomes angry even before they can understand it.
Now lets take a deep look at the adults when they get angry.
It is more or less the same theory that the adult also follows.
How clearly we get habituated to this emotion, only because we often feel helpless and powerless to change the way things take place.
It is a constant battle within a person of not accepting the situation as it is..
And the result of it will be devastating when the anger backfires,it is bound to destroy as the motivation of the anger is to bring out the energy that is built up inside the heart.
Anger is momentary, however the damage it occurs is not so!
That's when the situation gets sour and the other person who is involved eventually gets into the rift and then its a heated situation.
It might be solved easily or might end up leaving a trace for the grudge to just play its part in the involved people's lives.
And how each one handles it is a different story. But how does one undesrtand it?
The energy built up due to anger needs to be bursted out. That's the point that needs to be arrested. This will help ease the energy called anger, to calm down and help to keep the repercussion of the same under control.
But this choice can come only by wisdom and the intelligence of the process that helps us control ourselves and let the peace prevail.
Well my concluding line as always will remain the same..come on ...live and let live..
Life is too short for being angry and loosing bonds..So, lets work together in building a beautiful me, you, the family and the rest of the world!!
Peace!!!!
